Account Manager - Leadership Development/Talent Consultancy
£60,000 basic salary - plus commission and company bonus scheme
A proven sales professional is required to join a fast growing Leadership Development and talent consultancy. You will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities along with expanding existing clients in target markets. You will be an experienced sales professional with a collaborative mind-set and focus on quality.
Our client is a leading leadership development consultancy with a well-known brand and a fast growing reputation and is offering a £60,000 basic salary with an attractive bonus scheme and commission package. As part of a growth strategy they are now looking to appoint a credible individual the leadership development consulting sector to grow their corporate client base.
The ideal candidate will need
- Proven track record of sales success in the Executive development or leadership consulting sector.
- Proven account management and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective internal and external relationships, including clients.
- Have a genuine interest in mindset change, leadership development and/or transforming sales results for clients.
- Be a proven consultative sales professional with good experience selling learning and development solutions into major clients.
- Proven track record of successfully developing a contact strategy, generating leads, building relationships with new clients and breaking into new accounts in a manner that enables long term profitable growth.
- A self-driven attitude who thrives in a dynamic and exciting organisation.
