Customer Support Advisor/ Technical Support Advisor

My client, the UKs leading provider of B2B IT solutions is currently recruiting for a number of customer service professionals with an interest in IT to join their service desk teams based in Horsham. There are a variety of positions available including day & night shifts available to suit anyone's needs.

In the role, you will be responsible for providing support across a variety of IT areas including connectivity, WIFI, broadband and more. As a hybrid analyst your time will be split between providing technical support and also excellent customer service to deal with queries and complaints coming from customers.
