Deskside Support Engineer

Harrogate

Contract - Starting in August.

Are you coming to an end of your current contract and looking for something to start in August? We have a contract position working for my client in Harrogate as a 1st line/2nd line desktop support engineer. You will be working with customers to support an Windows or Office based issues. From Laptops - Desktops, peripherals and basic networking issues.

Candidates must have experience using a ITSMS Tool (Ticket management software), ability to support users over the phone and face to face. Be able to track calls and complete to resolution for the customer, closing the ticket once the issues is resolved.

Candidate may be required to travel for this role and transport equipment therefore a Driving licence is required. Candidates will also need to go through background checks for this position
