We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join this major motoring manufacturer to join their established team at their UK headquarters in Rickmansworth on a rolling 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be providing support to all internal employees of the organisation based across multiple UK sites,
- Good technical knowledge.
- Customer Focused, genuinely wanting to deliver a first-class service
- Maintain a professional helpful attitude with all users
- General Knowledge of IT based applications. Windows 10, MS Office, Outlook, VPN Client Software, Internet Explore etc. Basic Networking Trouble shooting
- Experience Call logging systems ie Marval, HP Openview
- Exemplary Telephone skills, Ability to interact with customers at all levels, maintain a professional helpful attitude with all users
- Deskside Support
