Customer Journey Analyst

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Journey Analysts to join their Edinburgh based team on an initial 6 months contract.

The successful candidate must have previous investment banking experience as well as the following skills/knowledge:

  • Customer journey/user story development experience product based project
  • Experience of digital deliveries and/or product development
  • Agile Change/project delivery experience
  • Business analysis skills - options analysis, technical considerations
  • Stakeholder management across wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. risk, legal, marketing, 3rd parties
