HR Systems Implementation Manager - Edinburgh - 6 Month Contract

Our Public Sector client is offering an exciting opportunity for HR Systems Implementation Manager to join their Edinburgh based team on a 6 month initial contract.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Proven experience of working with Cloud based solutions for HR and payroll, time and attendance systems and Learning Management Systems.
  • Proven experience of enhancing and improving the use of people analytics to inform business decisions;
  • Ability to analyse data and produce succinct communications
  • Proven experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify key system and process improvements required when transitioning to a fully digital organisation.
