My client, a global marketing agency, is looking to bring on board Bilingual Service Desk Analysts in their office in Manchester City Centre. I am looking for people who can speak one of the following languages: Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

Your main duties will be to:
- Support all channels of engagement - phone, chat, virtual agent, self-serve, email.
- Initiate the procedure for handling detected incidents.
- Provide effective interface with users, ensuring all diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis.
- Monitors systems for which the Service Desk are responsible for.
