My client, a leading IT Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join one of their client teams, based in Milton Keynes.
In particular, my client is looking for a candidate with Welsh Language skills, to support the delivery of Customer Service to Welsh speaking customers. This is a role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and an ability to follow process and guidelines.
Working within a close-knit team, your responsibility will be to provide a first point of contact and support for customer queries and incidents surrounding this area of the business.
We are looking for a driven individual who is able to build rapport and relationships across their team as well as with their customers. You will receive full support and ongoing training from the get-go, as well as a high level of achievable development opportunities through the team and the company.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Fluent Welsh Speaking - No requirement to support written Welsh
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Effective decision making
