Are you an IT Service Improvement lead looking for a new exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company? If you have previously had experience in IT Networks Service Improvement this role is for you! This is a contract role based in Leeds for 2 months.

About the role

You will be working on a Network focused Global project and Service Improvement Plan. You will be accountable for delivering the service improvements with our Managed Services partner. Work alongside the Global regions delivering improvements across many service areas both internal and externally with 3rd party suppliers. You will also work closely with leadership team to plan and measure improvements to our Global Network Operations from our partners to our customers.


Your role will see you working from existing and creating new service improvement plans. You will track improvement actions across multiple global regions. Manage 3rd parties and maintain fantastic working relationships with them. Apply a measure to all service improvement items whilst working hard to ensure we leverage our 3rd parties and ensure they deliver to the standards which we expect. The customer will be at the heart of all your decision making to ensure the best customer experience possible. You will be able to work across many functions focusing on delivering network improvements.

Personal Profile

You will be an enthusiastic, passionate and driven person who has experience of Data Network Service. You will have previous service improvement experience working with a managed services partners. You will be demonstrate experience of using or implementing new processes using technology. Have the proven ability to develop and build relationships and partner with senior stakeholders within the business and IT. Clearly demonstrate delivery for each project phase, and link the business value created with the process and system improvement.
