Pricing Manager (Cloud) Newbury/Bracknell
As one of Vodafone's managed suppliers we have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Pricing Manager to join our team for a 5 month contract. The Cloud Pricing Manager role is to support customer bids by pricing solutions across Cloud and Security product portfolio, and ensuring that our business case is commercially competitive, understood by Account, Commercial and Finance teams, and aligned with our governance principles.
As the Pricing Manager you will:
Support for bids & renewals working with Sales, Commercial and Finance functions to provide pricing for Cloud and Security services that is appropriate for our cost base, market demands and specific customer opportunities.
Engage with relevant governance and approval forums to ensure deals are driven through successfully.
Review of strategy, policies, procedures, processes and governance for the pricing of Cloud services and products. Ensure products have a price validation process and governance.
Active monitoring of market, internal and 3rd party costs to propose any product-level price changes that are necessary given cost base change or market changes.
Analyse customer proposals and win/loss information to identify areas of best practice and opportunities for improvement, propose and then implement changes accordingly.
We are looking for someone with:
Hands-on experience in pricing and analysis with a track record of success performing spreadsheet analyses, maintaining financial reports in a fast-paced work environment.
Experienced of building strategic pricing plans for complex technical products and solutions across a wide geographical region.
Proven track record of working with account teams to ensure our pricing is correctly positioned to win business at the required margin.
Previous work experience in Technology or Telecom sectors.
