SAP SuccessFactors Programme Manager

Our client is released an urgent role for a Successfactor Programme Manager who has experience of implementing the full suite, however this will not include Recruitment or Payroll.

As the Programme Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the delivery of SAP HCM Programme to agreed timescales, cost and quality standards.

Resourcing of the project to deliver to required service levels/quality levels, minimising single points of failure. Ensure the set-up of appropriate contracts for supply of IT projects and services, ensuring contract negotiations meet IT technical, service and financial needs.

Managing the strategic relationship with suppliers, ensuring the early identification of issues, instigating improvement plans where required and holding the suppliers to account to the agreed delivery plans.

Lead the mobilisation, analysis, design, build, testing and deployment activities of a SuccessFactors Greenfield project with focus on IT delivery

Ensuring projects adhere to the agreed design direction, including conformance to the architecture, design process and standards, with appropriate escalation of any design issues by maintaining a knowledge of design principles and an understanding of their project's design.

Identifying, tracking and managing the intranet and internet programme dependencies with other business initiatives and key projects proactively. Therefore any Mobile, Web experience will go down well

Minimum 3-4 full end to end SAP SuccessFactors project life-cycles with at least 2 as a programme manager
