A new Sales Director opportunity based in the West Midlands with one of the UK's leading providers of networking solutions and managed services. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the sales strategy and organic growth. You will lead and manage the sales team introducing discipline and rigour as you create a high performance culture.
Network Solutions Provider
£100,000 basic salary OTE 50% + Long term incentive plan
West Midlands Based - UK wide sales remit
This is a pivotal appointment and you will be joining the leadership team, managing the divisions P&L as well as the sales operation and presales teams.
You will have proven sales leadership experience in the ICT and Telecoms sector. You will be able to evidence having previously built successful teams in this market. You will have channel sales experience and excellent technical knowledge and an appetite to stay informed in an ever changing environment.
Proven sales strategy development and sales execution experience
