Kelly Morton, Impellam CEO of STEM in the UK, started her career as a Research Chemist and spent 10 years in industry prior to joining the world of recruitment and to this day remains passionate about STEM related industries. After joining Impellam’s Life Science Recruitment brand, SRG, in 2000, Kelly was quickly identified as a driving force for the business and climbed the ranks to become MD. Over her career Kelly has taken the SRG business from a niche UK science recruitment company to growing a global STEM recruitment network, covering all STEM disciplines. Kelly is now proud to be CEO of the full Impellam STEM network, where she focusses on working with customers to create future facing talent solutions and she is excited to lead the team at Lorien in connecting the future of tech.
Managing Director, LorienWith over 18 years experience in the IT staffing industry, David has in-depth experience of fulfilment and delivery models to include multi-location, multi-sector and niche skills. David oversees key aspects of the business such as end to end sales, delivery and management of the Lorien On-site, Managed Service and RPO service offerings.
David is also directly responsible for our clients’ ongoing satisfaction and ensuring that Lorien continues to exceed expectations on its deliverables. He is also responsible and accountable for management of over 5,000 contractors across the UK.
Sales DirectorJoanna has over 15 years’ talent acquisition and recruitment outsourcing experience. She has worked with a number of established and growing organisations across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and professional services.
Director for MSP and RPOA qualified Prince 2 practitioner specialising in design, implementation and delivery of complex outsourced recruitment models across the financial services, professional services, local authority, retail, aviation, technology and telecoms sectors, Annie has worked in recruitment for 12 years. She has experience within specialist contract and permanent recruitment as well as high volume temp models.
Starting at Lorien in 2015, Annie primarily focuses on our RPO and MSP accounts, ensuring that we always deliver the best quality service to our clients and continually adapt to meet their changing needs. She also heads up Lorien’s project and implementation function.
